This high-quality aftermarket kit includes the newly revised conical cup installer referenced in Volvo & Mack Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs).

  • Mack MP8 Engine (2008 - Current): CT, CTP, CV, GU, CHU, CXU, LEU, MRU (Conical Injector Sleeve)

  • 88800513: Stainless Cup Installer (Includes 88880210. Replaces 88800467 & 88800457)
  • 88800196: Brass Cup Installer (Includes 9998253 & 88880054. Supersedes 88800102 & 9998688)

This set of special tools is designed to replace the fuel injector cups in Volvo Model FM12 trucks and remove injector cups in Mack MP7, MP8, MP9, and MP10 engines.

Important Usage Notes:

  • Use adapters labeled 4 & 5 for stainless steel cups (85137065, 21515329, 21401136). Using the wrong tools on stainless sleeves can break the tool.
  • Use adapter labeled 3 for copper cups (21351717, 21098621, 3183368, 85104134, 85124276).

  • 9998249, 9998250, 9998251, J-42885-A

With this kit, you don't need 88800460.
