It is essential that preset engine temperatures are reached before adjustments on injection engines and targeted fault finding are performed.

The digital potentiometer simulates these testing conditions with the aid of resistances in a range from 0.1-20 kiloohms.

With the use of measuring cables from auxiliary measuring set V.A.G 1594D, this makes fault finding on cars of today and the future reliable and easy.
