Paccar MX13 DAF 1905001 Injector Remover & Valve Spring Compressor Tool Kit

This tool kit is designed to efficiently remove and install OEM injectors (1905001) and valve springs in Paccar MX13 / DAF CF 85 Euro 4/5 engines (engine codes 410/460).

Injector Removal:

  • The tool provides a fast and easy method for extracting injectors.
  • Screw the top nut onto the injector, attach it to the hammer, and strike until the injector is removed.
  • Ensure the piston is at TOP DEAD CENTER before using the extractor tool.

Valve Spring Replacement:

  1. Place the cylinder head on a flat surface.
  2. Install the press into the unit injector hole and screw the tool into the unit injector retainer screw hole.
  3. Position the tool’s moving part above the valve spring to be removed.
  4. Turn down the tool’s wing nut until the valve disc is pressed and the valve collets can be removed.
  5. Place the valves and springs in a marked rack to ensure they are reinstalled in the same position in the cylinder head.
  6. Remove the remaining valves and oil seals from the valve guides using the same method.
