The Mopar Tools 9654B is a Lower Ball Joint Remover/Installer tool. It is designed to be used with the C-4212-3 Adapter and C-4212F Press for removing and installing the lower ball joints in Grand Cherokee vehicles from 2005 to the current model year.

This tool is an updated version of the previous tools, 9654A and 9654.
