This special kit is used to Drill and Tap the Turbocharger Bearing housing to perform the Turbo Cleaning Procedure on 6.7 Liter Cummins engines with the 10142 Turbo Cleaning Kit. When cleaning the turbo this tool is used with 10142 and 9866B.
