Kent-Moore J-47407 Detroit Diesel DD16 DD15 DD13 HDE Cylinder Liner Installer Tool

This tool uses a post that is threaded into the deck of the engine and used as a leverage point to insert the cylinder liners into the block past the "O" ring press fit on Detroit Diesel DD16, DD15, and DD13 applications.

For a DD13 you must also purchase adapter ST-278.
