To release the tangs on the clips a tool must go around the bolt head and in from the side. Slide J-42649 around bolt head into the clip against the tang. Tap lightly on the tool with a hammer to disengage the tang. Then use a screw driver to push the clip the rest of the way off. Email for product availability.
