C/K, S/T, J CAR On vehicles that use a single key for the door, trunk and ignition, this holding fixture allows the technician to properly stake the ignition lock when it must be replaced. After keying the lock cylinder to match the door and trunk locks, the tumbler retaining cap must be staked to a prior installation. The holding fixture aligns the cylinder components and prevents the technician from putting the cylinder in a vise. J-41340 also includes a staking tool.
