The Kent-Moore J-38758 GM Parasitic Draw Test Switch is designed for use with all GM platforms.

To help detect any parasitic current draws on your GM vehicle, you can use the J 38758 alongside an amp meter.

iNSTRUCTIONS:

This handy tool gets attached between the negative lead of your car battery and the car battery itself, after which a road test of the vehicle is carried out. For the next step, you'll need to connect an amp meter to each side of the switch. This allows all the available current to flow through the meter.To locate the circuit that's causing the parasitic draw, you just need to remove the fuses one by one.Once the faulty circuit is identified, the parasitic draw can be stopped.

This tool is a must-have for routine check-ups on your GM vehicle.
