Kent-Moore Tools Kent-Moore DT-50291 Installer, Outer Hub Bearing The outer hub bearing cone on full-floating rear axles is installed before the bearing cup, and the cup must be installed over the bearing without damage to either. The hub design requires the outer bearing cone and cup to be removed together, while driving only the outer rim of the cup. There are four scallops at the outer edge to allow access to drive out the cone. DT-50291 fits into these scallops, and with J-8092 Driver handle, removes the outer cone without damage to the outer cone. DT-50291 is also used during installation to seat the cup back against the retaining ring. Email for product availability.
