J-44643-A: This tool locks the flywheel when removing the harmonic balancer on 6.6L Duramax diesel engines with Allison automatic transmissions. It saves time by locking the flywheel at the transmission instead of removing the starter. Remove the rubber inspection cap at the bottom of the transmission, insert the tool at the front of the opening to engage the flywheel, and hand-tighten the screw to secure the tool.

J-44643-B: Like AM-J-44643-A, this tool also locks the flywheel for harmonic balancer removal on 6.6L Duramax diesel engines with Allison automatic transmissions. It saves time by locking the flywheel at the transmission. Remove the spring-loaded inspection plate at the bottom of the transmission, slide the tool into the opening toward the engine, and engage the flywheel teeth with the top of the tool.

J-44643-S: This shallow socket, measuring only 2.29" in length, is designed to remove the harmonic balancer bolt with a 3/4" square drive. Its compact size allows it to fit where other sockets cannot. It is made of durable Chrome Vanadium.
