The GM-51372 Camera Calibration Mat is essential for verifying the correct alignment of vehicle exterior cameras, which provide images for navigation displays. This verification is critical when replacing a camera or video processing module (VPM).

Product Features:

  • Material: Non-glare black polymer
  • Dimensions: 4' x 15'
  • Design: Features a series of three white squares

Usage: The mat is unrolled and accurately positioned at the front or rear of the vehicle. The cameras focus on where the four corners of the white squares meet the black background. The system software is calibrated using GDS2 to align the cameras to those locations. This single mat is moved around the vehicle as needed, depending on the camera requiring calibration.

Shipping and Storage: The mat is shipped in an exterior carton containing an internal carton with an instructional decal affixed for permanent storage.
