- 2.8L (LWN) Duramax 2014 and later. 2.5L (LKH) 2016 and later
- Tool Compatibility: The previous tool, EN-50029, is no longer compatible with the 2014MY camshaft.
- New Tool Requirement: The new tool, GM-51025, is designed to fit the updated reluctor. It attaches to the reluctor on one end and bolts to the cylinder head face on the other, ensuring the camshaft is in the correct position for setting the base engine timing.
