Includes High-Quality Aftermarket Equivalents of:

  • GM-48585: Centers the balancer to the crankshaft hub by piloting into the crankshaft bolt hole. Ensures easy installation of the balancer onto the crankshaft.
  • GM-43653: Holds the flywheel in place for balancer service, timing chain service, and flywheel torquing. Installed in place of the starter, its teeth engage the flywheel teeth.
  • GM-955: Retains the timing chain tensioner during service.
  • GM-45027: Retracts the timing chain tensioner before installation into the engine block, preventing damage from unapproved methods.
  • GM-49212: Holds the camshaft sprockets in place during servicing.
  • GM-48953: Secures the camshafts when removing or installing the cam phaser bolts to prevent the timing chain from slipping. Mounts to the front of the block, engaging both cam phasers, with pass-through holes for socket access.
