GM-45268-130 is a kit that contains a high-side and a low-side R-1234yf fitting. The low side fitting threads into the previously essential GM-45268-1 Flushing Hose and Filter Assembly. The high side threads into the flushing block called out in GM eSI.
The R-1234yf A/C Refrigerant Machine is attached to the GM-45268-1 Flushing Hose. Flush mode is then activated on the A/C machine to force pressurized liquid refrigerant through the EVAP core. Direct flushing is the most effective method for removing desiccant material, residual dirt, and metal debris trapped in an A/C system.
