Applications: 2.0L LNF turbo and 3.6L LLT V6¸ with a single seal on the SIDI injector

EN-48266 is used to install the teflon seal onto the end of the injector. The pilot cone is placed onto the end of the injector¸ and the seal is started over the cone. The installer is used to push the seal into the groove on the injector tip¸ and the sizer is placed over the seal to compress it back to the correct OD to allow installation into the cyliner head. Unapproved methods will damage the seal¸ resulting in compression loss and oil or fuel comsumption.
