This kit is all new except for the Flywheel Locking Pin. It is a customer return and they broke the handle off of it. You will have to weld it back together. Kit is discounted accordingly.

Applications: One¸ HB Cooper¸ Cooper¸ Cooper S¸ series R55-56 with N12¸ N14 engine. Will need to take the turbo cover out for N14 Supercharged.Note: Most shop manuals are wrong as they state the camshaft timing indicators need to be facing straight up. This is based on the top end being in time with the bottom end which¸ in most cases if these tools are required¸ the two are not in time. To align the 119-590 locking pin into the flywheel correctly¸ all four cylinders need to be in or as close to the center of the cylinder bore as possible. Once this is achieved the flywheel locking pin will fit with ease no matter where the camshaft timing indicators are. To align the camshaft with the crankshaft simply loosen the camshaft sprocket bolts and rotate the camshaft accordingly. A 27mm open end wrench is used to hold against the camshaft while loosening the sprocket bolts.
