5.4L 3V 2004-2010 Cam Phaser & Timing Chain Replacement Kit Alt

This kit contains both Ford OEM and High Quality Aftermarket parts. It is up to you to verify these are the correct part numbers for your vehicle. NO RETURNS ON THESE PARTS.

These Precision Auto CNC phasers are the only aftermarket phasers that we're comfortable selling. In the past we've carried other brands of aftermarket phasers but stopped due to high warranty claim rates. We used to recommend the Precision Auto CNC phasers over the OEM because the OEM phasers weren't packaged very well ¸ which caused issues. Now Ford packages them more securely so we suggest the Ford OEM if you have it in the budget. If you're on a tight budget we believe the Precision Auto CNC's are your best option.

On 8/17/18 ¸ due to repeated customer requests ¸ we switched this kit from OEM plastic tensioners to Cloyes ratcheting steel-bodied tensioners. If you want the OEM style plastic bodied tensioners see AM-3R2Z-6A257-DA-TCKIT-P instead.
