The Ford Rotunda 205-429 Wheel Knuckle Oil Seal Installer is used in conjunction with the 205-199 tool. It is designed to correctly install the seal onto the axle shaft and into the wheel knuckle.

This installation prevents front hub vacuum leaks that could lead to the 4WD system not engaging properly.

This tool is applicable to 1998-2004 Excursion, F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 4x4 trucks that have a vacuum-operated front axle.
