Ford Powerstroke 303-1262 303-1263 6.0L 6.4L Injector Cup Remover & Installer Kit

This kit directly replaces OEM part numbers 303-1262, 303-1263, 3031262, and 3031263. It is designed to work with Ford Powerstroke Diesel Engines 6.0L & 6.4L, specifically for F250, F350, F450, and F550 trucks from 2003 to 2010. It also covers Maxxforce 7 engines from 2008 to 2010.

The injector cup remover and installer tool set simplify the repair process by allowing you to replace the fuel injector sleeves/cups without removing the heads from the vehicle.

How to Use:

  1. Thread the TAP into the injector bore to cut the old cup.
  2. Place the PULLER into the bore and tighten the nut on top to extract the old cup.
  3. Position the new cup over the thin end of the INSTALLER, insert it into the bore, and hammer the INSTALLER to set the new cup in place.
