Drill America DWTSR3‑2412 — 2"–4‑1/2" x 3" OD HSS Round Adjustable Die

The Drill America High‑Speed Steel Round Adjustable Die is designed for precise, long‑lasting threading performance. Made from durable HSS for superior wear resistance, this die features chamfers on both faces to support different threading applications.

One side features a 2–3-thread chamfer for standard threading, while the opposite side provides a 1–1.5-thread chamfer for threading close to shoulders or in confined areas.

Adjustment is controlled by a fine‑pitch screw that spreads or compresses the die to achieve the desired thread fit. The beveled slot allows the adjusting screw to be removed when used in a machine die holder, enabling adjustment through the holder’s built‑in screws.
