The Drill America DWTSR2‑116 High Speed Steel Round Adjustable Die is built for precision threading and long service life in demanding shop environments. Manufactured from premium HSS, this adjustable die delivers excellent wear resistance and consistent performance when cutting or repairing external threads.
Designed with dual‑face chamfers, the die features a 2–3-thread chamfer on one side for standard threading and a 1–1.5-thread chamfer on the opposite face for threading close to a shoulder—ideal for applications requiring tight, accurate starts. A fine‑pitch adjusting screw allows the die to expand or contract, giving you precise control over thread fit.
