Detroit Diesel J-47411 Compression Test HDE Adapter (Alt. 1809-L)

This is a specialty tool used with the J-6692-B diesel compression gauge to perform compression tests on Detroit Diesel engines. This adapter can be used with a leak-down tester like the OTC 5609 or CLT-2 for leak-down tests.

  • Detroit Diesel DD13 engine series
  • Detroit Diesel DD15 engine series

Usage Instructions:

  1. Compression Test: Attach the J-47411 adapter to the J-6692-B diesel compression gauge to measure engine compression.
  2. Leak-Down Test: To perform a leak-down test, use the J-47411 adapter with a compatible leak-down tester, such as the OTC 5609 or CLT-2.
