Cummins ST561 Connection Rod Check Fixture
This special fixture is designed to check the connecting rod length, bend, and twist. The connecting rod must have the cap assembled for this test.
Dial indicators are used to determine if the length and bore alignment are within acceptable limits, while a feeler gauge is employed to check for any twisting.
Use appropriate locating mandrels, reference ST 562, for accurate results.
Application: Suitable for all Cummins engine families.
