5.4L 3V 2004-2010 Cam Phaser¸ Timing Chain¸ Upgraded Melling M360HV Oil Pump¸ and VCT Solenoid Replacement Kit
This kit is the exact same as AM-3R2Z-6A257-DA-Rat-Kit except this kit has OEM style plastic tensioners. This kit contains both Ford OEM and good quality aftermarket parts. It is up to you to verify these are the correct part numbers for your vehicle. NO RETURNS ON THESE PARTS.
These Precision Auto CNC phasers are the only aftermarket phasers that we're comfortable selling. In the past we've carried other brands of aftermarket phasers but stopped due to high warranty claim rates. We used to recommend the Precision Auto CNC phasers over the OEM because the OEM phasers weren't packaged very well¸ which caused issues. Now Ford packages them more securely so we suggest the Ford OEM if you have it in the budget. If you're on a tight budget we believe the Precision Auto CNC's are your best option.
NOTE: For all F-250's: The pick up tube from the original oil pump may require minor modification.
